Shipping & Returns

To keep shipping costs at minimum, we ship USPS (United States Post Office and FedEx SmartPost).
In most cases, we process and ship all orders the same or the next day that we receive them.
For your convenience, shipping is now included in the price of all items. However, a handling charge is added at checkout on each order.
Illinois sales tax is already included in the price of all our products.
If your order is damaged when you receive it, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can correct the problem quickly.
If you need to return an item you purchased from us, please bring it to our office. In order to receive a refund, the item must be unopened.
